Terms & Policies – Black Friday 6-Week Program 1. Limited-Time Offer This Black Friday promotion is available for a few days only or until all 10 spots are filled, whichever occurs first. Once the offer expires, regular pricing applies. 2. Non-Refundable Payment All payments for the Black Friday 6-Week Program are final and non-refundable. No credits, transfers, or partial refunds will be issued for missed classes or discontinuation. 3. Program Duration The program includes six (6) consecutive weeks of unlimited classes beginning on the participant’s official start date. The program cannot be paused, extended, or rescheduled. 4. Free Uniform Each participant receives one (1) free uniform. Uniforms cannot be exchanged for cash value or applied to future memberships. 5. Class Access Participants may attend any class appropriate for their age group or skill level, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, NoGi, Self-Defense, MMA Basics, Kickboxing Fitness, Open Mats, and designated kids programs. 6. No Registration Fee The Black Friday program includes a waived registration fee exclusively for this promotion. 7. Attendance & Make-Up Classes Missing classes does not entitle the participant to make-ups, credits, or extensions. The schedule continues regardless of attendance. 8. Safety & Conduct All students must follow academy safety rules and instructor guidance. Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. 9. Required Waiver All participants (or parents/guardians for minors) must complete the academy liability waiver before participating in any class. 10. Non-Transferable This promotional program is for the enrolled individual only and cannot be transferred to another person. 11. Media Release Photos and videos may be taken during classes and used for marketing purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted before the first class. 12. Program Completion Participation in this program does not obligate students to enroll in future memberships; enrollment must be completed separately.
