From an early age, Professor Sergio Silva committed himself to intense physical training to excel in soccer and judo—sports that demand peak performance, discipline, and resilience. By 13, he was already studying bodybuilding and athletic conditioning, laying a solid foundation for his lifelong journey in fitness.

He studied Physical Education for three years at a university in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, and has invested countless hours learning Ginástica Natural (Natural Gymnastics) under the mentorship of its founder, Professor Alvaro Romano. This diverse background has shaped a unique and integrated approach to movement and performance.

Since 1995, Professor Silva has specialized in personal training for combat fitness, focusing on strength, agility, and functional movement tailored to martial arts and self-defense. With over 20 years of yoga practice and 9 years of Pilates, he brings balance, flexibility, and core strength into every program.

Since 1996, he has further developed expertise in athletic conditioning and executive self-defense, delivering a well-rounded, practical, and empowering fitness experience.

Today, Professor Silva offers the ultimate training package—a powerful fusion of mobility training, strength conditioning, cardio workouts, self-defense, and combat fitness.
